Policies Draft, pending owner review

Scope. Briefs use public information only (websites, published prices, public review listings, AI search answers). Competitor counts are as listed per tier. Requests beyond the tier (extra competitors, extra markets, calls) are quoted separately before we start.

Turnaround. Snapshot: 3 business days. Deep Dive: 5 business days. The clock starts when intake details and payment are both received.

Refunds. If we miss the stated turnaround, you can ask for a full refund. If a brief doesn't match what the tier promises, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll fix it; if we can't, we refund it. Deep Dive includes 1 revision round. Watch can be cancelled anytime before the next billing date; past months aren't refunded.

No guarantees. We don't guarantee rankings, AI citations, leads or revenue. Tool prices are as published on the date we checked them. Briefs aren't legal, financial or tax advice.

We research with AI agents across public sources: competitor websites, published prices, public review listings and AI search answers. Every claim links to its source, and anything we couldn't verify is labeled. We don't invent numbers.

When does the turnaround clock start?

When we have your completed intake details and payment. Business days are Monday to Friday, US Eastern time.

Do you need access to my accounts?

No. Briefs use public information only. Please don't email passwords, customer data, payment details or patient information.

Is this legal, financial or tax advice?

No. Briefs are market research and recommendations. Tool prices are as published by each vendor on the date checked and can change.
